Project Description:

This project involved the full rehabilitation of the mechanical HVAC system at the Lake Louise Visitor Centre to improve energy efficiency and climate control. SVEMY Construction managed the supply and installation of temporary boilers to maintain operations while replacing all existing units with upgraded models. The scope also included the installation of new mechanical piping, digital valves, and actuators, alongside the replacement of the outdated pneumatic control system with a state-of-the-art digital Building Management System. Through precise execution and seamless integration of modern mechanical systems, the project significantly enhanced building performance, ensuring long-term reliability and comfort for visitors and staff.
