This project involved the demolition of two vacant residences in Field, British Columbia, within a protected national park. SVEMY Construction managed the full scope of work, including hazardous materials abatement, capping of underground utilities, structural demolition, and the removal of all debris from the park in compliance with environmental regulations.

To restore the site, new Parks Canada-approved backfill was transported and placed, ensuring proper site rehabilitation. Final deliverables included property survey stakes and updated site drawings, confirming the successful completion of the project. All work was executed efficiently, adhering to strict environmental and safety requirements while preserving the integrity of the surrounding landscape.
