This project involved the complete renovation of a 6,000 sq. ft. office space within the Lake Louise Visitor Centre, executed as a full design-build. SVEMY Construction managed all aspects, from architectural and engineered drawings to the integration of upgraded HVAC and plumbing systems. The renovation also included the construction of new interior partitions, a structural mezzanine, and the installation of a modern fire alarm system to meet updated safety standards. The successful transformation of the space resulted in a more functional, efficient, and modernized work environment, enhancing operational capabilities for Parks Canada staff.
