Project Description:
This project involved a full design-build renovation of Lacombe City Hall, led by SVEMY Construction’s internal architectural team. The renovation included the creation of new Council Chambers, upgraded basement washrooms, and enhancements to the interior finishes throughout the building. Additionally, the project encompassed critical infrastructure upgrades, including electrical and fire alarm system improvements, as well as underground utility and sewer repairs. Through a seamless integration of design and construction expertise, the project delivered a revitalized municipal facility that meets modern functionality and aesthetic standards while preserving the building’s civic purpose.
