Project Description:

This project involved the complete demolition of an aging bunkhouse in Kootenay National Park, executed under strict environmental and sustainability guidelines. SVEMY Construction carried out hazardous material removal, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations before proceeding with the full structural and footing demolition. The project also incorporated recycling procedures to minimize waste, followed by civil work, backfilling, and site landscaping to restore the area to a natural condition. Through meticulous planning and execution, the project was completed efficiently while preserving the ecological integrity of the national park.
